Social media is an excellent tool that businesses can use to connect with their customers in meaningful ways. You can also use social media for advertising, promotional giveaways, among other things. It’s also important to note that social media can help your business to: attract customers, get customer feedback and build customer loyalty.

That said, here are some tips for doing just that:
