Is Tanzania’s Pombe Right About Coronavirus or is he High on His Name?

I think the most brave President since the Coronavirus pandemic has so far been John Pombe Magufuli of Tanzania.

He just doesn’t give a hoots f*ck about what the World Health Organization (WHO) thinks about him, his country, or the number of cases in his country.

So, he is either right that his country men are immune to this virus or he is simply high on Pombe (a fermented drink made of grains and fruit).

Yesterday, Mr. Pombe declared Tanzania Coronavirus free.

The corona disease has been eliminated thanks to God," Mr Magufuli told worshippers in a church in the capital, Dodoma.

WHO has overtime expressed concern over the government’s strategy on Covid-19.

It should be remembered that Tanzania last released official data about Coronavirus on 29 April. The last official data released, showed that there were 509 cases, with 21 deaths in Tanzania. However, Mr Magufuli said last week that only four patients were receiving treatment in the largest city, Dar es Salaam.

Mr. Pombe is so brave to the extent that he commended the priest and worshippers for not wearing gloves and masks to protect themselves from the virus.

After all is said and done, Pombe could be right. It should he known that Pombe has a PhD in Chemistry, which means he is one of the very few presidents in East Africa or even Africa who should properly know about a Virus such as this.

But why doesn’t he seem concerned???

Could it be that there is indeed nothing like Coronavirus? Could this be a plot to cause economical unrest, and spread fear among the populace of the universe?

Who knows???

I really hope Magufuli isn’t on Pombe.
